Mexican Stuffed Shells and Chicken Parmesan

First chop up some green onions...
Pour a base of salsa....

Boil big shells and keep them separated...

Cook beef and add green onions...

I might have added some RoTel too...not sure....

Then stuff the shells and layer them....

Top with more salsa and cheese...

Bake and done. These were really good and reheated well.

Take raw chicken breasts and layer in dish...

Top with marinara sauce....

And mozzarella...

And croutons...

And more mozzarella and Parmesan...

And bake...I really didn't like this that much. I think I'm just really sick of making chicken lately, it all just tastes gross lately. Oh and this recipe was from Pinterest fyi.
