House and Mexican Rice Dish

Way back in July we started house hunting and here is what would become our new house 

One of the last things I made at the old apartment, Mexican Rice Dish.
You cook some rice...

Brown some meat

Add some pepper, cumin and corn...

Add in the rice...

And add some Cheddar cheese. I don't think this was very good if I remember correctly.
I would do these blog posts more, but there is something apparently wrong with Blogger and it is very slow and won't let me type correctly at the top of the post or change my font or colors...so if anyone knows how to fix this, let me know!!

Oreo balls and Tuscan Pasta

The best and easiest dessert ever, Oreo balls.
You separate a whole pack of oreos by creams and cookies...

Add a pack of cream cheese to the creams and pound up the cookies...
Then mix them all together.

Roll them into balls, put on a cookie sheet and stick in freezer for 15 minutes.

Melt a package of almond bark...

Then dip the balls into the almond bark and let cool on sheet...

This is Tuscan Pasta from Pinterest...
Boil some four cheese ravioli

Get sun dried tomato Alfredo sauce and chopped tomatoes and heat up with some basil...

Add it all together and add some Parmesan.
This was really good, but maybe too cheesy with cheese ravioli, I would do half cheese and half meat.

Next book I finished was The Perks of Being a Wallflower.
Written in a diary style it was just like the movie.

Tostada pizza and books

This recipe came from Pinterest, you get a rolled up pizza crust...

Then brown some meat

Add taco seasoning

Get a can of pinto beans and smash them up

Then spread them over the dough

Add the meat on top

And bake

Add the cheese

Cook some more

Then top with lettuce and salsa

The next book I read was a playbook full of plays going from old to new.



Destin Part 2

Finally finishing this post...

This was the cool pier boardwalk next to Margaritaville 

 Then we went to Fudpuckers where they have tons of alligators...

 Go kart racing that night...

 Then Stephanie and Craigs wedding day...

 Then the girls went on a catamaran cruise the next day...

 Saw some dolphins...

 On a sandbar...

 Then I finally got to go to Bubba Gump Shrimp!

 And on our last day we went on a dolphin cruise

 During sunset...

 And on our way home we stopped in Nashville and ate at Rainforest Cafe
