Cut this recipe out of a magazine...cook some chicken breasts...
Make a bag of chicken and rice sides...
Add some corn, black beans, and green chiles....
I also made some mashed potatoes as a side since I got three Yukon golds from my market crate....
Arrange cooked chicken over the rice mixture...
Toop with Monterey Jack...
And done
Mashed potatoes are done too. This was just okay, wouldn't do it again.

Use chocolate cake mix to make 2 round cakes...
Beat cream cheese and sugar....
Fold in cool whip...
Fold in crushed oreos....
In another bowl whisk cocoa and powdered sugar....
Add butter, vanilla and milk....
That's the frosting.
Put the filling on the first cake....
Top it and fill in the gaps.
And ice it
